Three Unique Perspectives
One Powerful Team
In addition to coaching trainings and certifications, our team members have diverse backgrounds in marketing, law, investment banking, executive search, corporate development, improvization, public speaking and Broadway performance. They got together because they share a passion for learning, teaching and coaching through creativity.
Jennifer's our business guru coach. Her education and corporate experience combine with her positive energy and personality in a burst of results-oriented championing super powers.
Jennifer likes to introduce women to themselves at their absolute best: strong, smart, empowered, and ready to take their lives and careers by storm. She's a (mostly) recovered perfectionist whose passion is connecting highly ambitious people to the awareness, motivation and energy to become even more amazing than they already are.
Jennifer has helped many individuals and groups—from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 executives to attorneys to architects to artists to coaches—find the inspiration to achieve meaningful personal growth. Her areas of specialty include maximizing leadership effectiveness, building resilience and inner strength, improving work relationships and productivity, and attaining inner peace through mindfulness, emotional processing, and energy work.
Jennifer received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business (where she's on the alumni preferred executive coach registry), a BA from Tufts University and trained at the Coaches Training Institute. She is certified as a PCC, CPCC, and as a practitioner for The Leadership Circle Profile 360 Assessment and Leadership Culture Survey. Her core values of authenticity, creativity and fun are always at play in her work, and she loves dance parties. Learn more here.
Elizabeth is our trial lawyer turned coach. Want someone to tell you like it is, Fiercely Female Badass style? This practical-minded creative is your gal.
Elizabeth's journey has taken her from rock climbing in New Mexico to litigating class actions to being the top financial services headhunter in her office to her recent passion for triathlons. Getting to the heart of the matter is where she excels, making a connection so people feel understood. A panache for travel and language has helped make her the US-based coach for many of her global contacts. She’s on a mission to help people embrace their own resilience with the mindset that ‘wins’ don’t always have to be spectacular; they can be small and impactful.
Since 2014, Elizabeth has presented case studies at ESMT Business School in Berlin, Germany and at Harvard University’s Institute of Coaching. She is published in the inaugural Philosophy of Coaching: An International Journal, where she is also on the Board. She gave a TEDx talk entitled Why You Should Spill Your Secrets.
Elizabeth has a JD from Loyola University, an MFA from SUNY Stony Brook and a BS in Finance from University of Maryland. She's a CPCC & PCC certified coach with additional certification in the Hogan Leadership Assessment and the London Academy of Executive Coaching’s Systemic Team Coaching. She is also a longtime yogi and writer. In February, 2018, her novel Sin in the Big Easy was published by Post Hill Press. Learn more here.
